The reservation is valid when 10% of the total has been deposited
as a registration fee. Please follow this schedule for the remaining
total.

may wire money or send a US check.
It
is also possible to pay by credit card (Mastercard and Visa only)
for a 5% surcharge (which is the amount the Peruvian credit card
companies charge us). We are currently looking for cheaper credit
card options.
Some
banks have considerable charges for transferring money. Especially
if a middle-man bank is involved in the transfer process. We suggest
that you inform yourself of such charges. We need the full amount
for the trip to reach us. We cover a 10 dollar fee that our bank
charges us. You have to pay for all other bank fees. You should
mark the transfer slip that you pay all fees.
Cancellation policy:
In short. If you cancel 2 months prior to departure you get your
money back minus 200 dollars administrative fees..
Cancellation between 60-30 days - 50% of total
Less than 30 days: no refund.
We
expect 50% of total paid two months prior to departure and 100%
one month prior to departure
