Great run, Gunnar! My friend, Bob Ake, and I birded with you a few years ago. I ran my first marathon February 2008. Just ran # 4 in Pittsburgh in May and will be in Chicago for #5. I hope to see you in Boston, although I'll have to buy my way in through the Amercian Medical Athletic Association. We have a great flat marathon in Myrtle Beach, SC each February. At age 55, I'd have to run 3:45 to qualify for Boston. I plan to run a marathon in all 50 states if my body holds up! Nice Marvelous Spatuletail photo!

Gunner,
Better you than me. Haven't ever been a runner. The slow hike or bird walk is as fast as I go. (Though I did do 26 miles in a day to get off of the Appellation Trail) Congratulations again and good luck with preperations for NY.
Happy Birding,
Lyn
