Payment conditions:
The reservation is valid when 20% of the total has been deposited as a registration. Please follow this schedule for the remaining total. 30% more, 2 months before departure 50% final one month before departure.
We have a check account in Miami which makes it easier for anyone with a US bank account.

You may wire money or send a US check. Add $10 to cover the reception cost of my bank.
Note:
Some banks have considerable charges for transferring money. Especially if a middle-man bank is involved in the transfer process. We suggest that you inform yourself of such charges. We need the full amount for the trip to reach us.
If you use any of these banks: Bank of America, Citibank,SBC, Bank of New York and Morgan Chase there is a hidden $15 intermediary bank charge by Standard Chartered Bank. Other banks use Federal Bank as intermediary which does not have intermediary fees.
You have to pay for all other bank fees on your side. You should mark the transfer slip that you pay all fees. Then add $10 for the reception or $25 if you use any of the banks I mentioned above.
Credit Cards
Soon it will be possible to pay by credit card through Paypal or 2 CheckOut. There will also be a charge of of between 3-5.5% levied on payment with credit cards through these third party merchants. In general small amounts are best paid with credit card and larger amounts with a wire transfer or check.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel 2 months prior to departure you get your money back minus 200 dollars administrative fees. Cancellation between 60-30 days - 50% of total Less than 30 days: no refund. We expect 50% of total paid two months prior to departure and 100% one month prior to departure.
