You may wire money or send a US check.
Note:
Some banks have considerable charges for transferring money.
Especially if a middle-man bank is involved in the transfer process.
We suggest that you inform yourself of such charges. We need the full amount for the trip to reach us. We cover a 10 dollar fee that our bank charges us. You have to pay for all other bank fees. You should mark the transfer slip that you pay all fees.
It is now also possible to pay by credit card through paypal. The paypal cost we have to pay is not included in the price. For US and Canada the charge is 2.5% and for other countries 3.5%.
To pay with check is the cheapest way of paying. In general small amounts are best paid with paypal and larger amounts with a wire
transfer.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel 2 months prior to departure you get your money back minus 200 dollars administrative fees.
Cancellation between 60-30 days - 50% of total Less than 30 days: no refund.
We expect 50% of total paid two months prior to departure and 100% one month prior to departure.
